How sending works
From the locker to your recipient's hands, in four steps.
Drop it at a locker
Choose your parcel size and the pickup point nearest your recipient, enter their number and pay with M-PESA. The locker opens for you to place the parcel.
Label it
We text you a short code. Write it on the parcel before you close the locker so our team can match it on the way.
We move it
Our team collects from the locker and delivers to the pickup point you chose. You get a message when it is on its way.
They collect it
Your recipient gets an SMS with the shop address and a pickup code. They show the code at the counter and take the parcel.
One price, by size
The same fee to every pickup point we serve. Pick the locker your parcel fits in and that is what you pay.

X-Large sending is available from selected lockers. The locker screen shows which sizes are free before you pay, and the fee is confirmed once you choose your pickup point.

Pickup points are shops we work with. Your recipient collects during the shop's opening hours, with the code we send them.
