Permanently remove your ParcelPoint account and personal data

This action cannot be undone

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile and access. Records that we are required by law to retain — such as payment-transaction records — are kept for the period required and then deleted.

Account Deletion Request

Submit this form to request deletion of your ParcelPoint operator account. The request is sent to us by email and processed manually within the timeline shown.

Must match the email address on your ParcelPoint account.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your profile and account credentials
  • Active sessions and authentication tokens
  • Role and permission assignments
  • Saved preferences

Audit-log entries and payment-transaction records are retained for the period required by law, then deleted.

Deletion Timeline

Within 1 business day
We acknowledge your request.
Within 3 business days
Account deactivated and sessions revoked.
Within 30 days
Identifying personal data deleted.
